DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's grandpazar.com.tr website.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person/entity at the address indicated by him.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to notify the SELLER in writing or by e-mail within this period and that the product has not been used.

4. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
The SELLER accepts and undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.

5. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
The BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay the sales price of the product subject to the contract.

6. DELIVERY
The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER's address, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes that may arise from this Agreement.
